Total Tilt Covers respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, phone number, suburb and delivery address when you enquire, ask for a quote or order.
• Details about your pool, such as its size and shape, so we can price and supply the right product.
• Order details, such as the products you bought and what you paid.
• Information about how you use our website, collected with cookies (see below).

We do not see or store your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe, and pay-later options by their own providers (Afterpay, Zip and Klarna), under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and process, deliver and install your order.
• To place your order with our supplier, Daisy Pool Covers, and arrange delivery.
• To handle returns and warranty claims.
• To send you information about our products, only if you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the businesses that help us run the store: Daisy Pool Covers and delivery carriers (to fulfil your order), Stripe and pay-later providers (to take payment), HubSpot (to keep track of enquiries), our email and website hosting providers, and Google and Meta (advertising measurement). Some of these providers store data outside Australia. We never sell your personal information.

Cookies and advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar tools from Google, Meta (Facebook) and HubSpot to understand how the site is used and to measure and show our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and control ad personalisation in your Google and Facebook account settings.

Keeping it safe

We store your information with reputable service providers and limit access to the people who need it to look after your order. We keep it only for as long as we need it for these purposes and for our tax and legal records.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us first; you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
