Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy from totaltiltcovers.com.au. Total Tilt Covers is an authorised dealer of Daisy Pool Covers products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Australian dollars. Total Tilt Covers is not registered for GST, so no GST is added to your order.
• The price you see in your cart and at checkout, including any delivery charge, is the price you pay.
• Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, Zip or Klarna.
• If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will contact you before your order is processed and you can cancel for a full refund.

Made-to-measure covers

Pool covers are cut to the measurements you give us. Please check them carefully before you order, using our measuring guide. A cover made correctly to the measurements supplied can't be returned because it was measured wrongly.

Delivery and installation

Delivery charges and times are set out in our Delivery Policy. Installation is an optional extra, priced at checkout, and is available in Perth north of the river. We will contact you to book a time after you order.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund until your order has been placed with Daisy. Once a made-to-measure cover is in production, it can't be cancelled.
